If you are not satisfied with a delivered item, you can return your order to us for inspection via our returns portal.


To facilitate the return process and to ensure that your return is processed as quickly as possible, please note the following points:

  • Please contact us in advance by phone or email BEFORE you send us anything back with a detailed description of the error/problem/return.
  • our customer service team will take your case and you will immediately receive an RMA number and an RMA form with your request printed on it
  • Please print out these documents and enclose them with your return shipment.
  • Please write the RMA number clearly and large on the outside of the packaging

To send goods to us, we strongly recommend that you always pack the item in the manufacturer's original packaging in order to protect it as best as possible from damage.

Prepaid return with DHL

  • Please click on the following image to automatically go to the DHL returns portal. Here you can print out a prepaid parcel label for your return. After you have printed out the parcel label, simply stick it on the parcel and drop it off at a post office of your choice. If the return is a cancellation, the resulting shipping costs will be charged to you.

We will cover the return costs if:

  • the delivered goods do not correspond to those ordered and/or
  • this is faulty
If there is already a mistake/misuse on your part, we will only charge you a flat shipping fee of EUR 9.50, which we will offset against the amount to be refunded. You can of course also return your goods using any other shipping service provider. Please ensure that the return is sufficiently stamped and addressed to the following address: SXT-Scooters, Einhäge 12, 79618 Rheinfelden. Please do not send any returns postage due - DHL, for example, will then charge us EUR 15, which we will then have to pass on to you.
Please note that your return will take a few days to reach us and the return process will also take some time to process. However, you can actively help to minimize this processing time by following our return policy.
  • As soon as we receive your return, you will automatically be informed by email that the return has been received.
