Our office and warehouse building is located in Rheinfelden, in beautiful southern Baden, directly on the Rhine and in the immediate vicinity of the Swiss border.
With over 3,000 m² of storage space, this is the main hub for all SXT scooter models. Our location also houses our graphics and design department as well as a modern photo studio with 360° animation technology. This allows us to ensure that all of our products are always presented in the right light.
Our workshop and technical department is also located in the building. Here we take care of breathing new life into broken-down vehicles in no time at all.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Our warehousing and shipping department is the central hub at SXT.
The acceptance of goods also includes the acceptance of customer returns, which are checked by us in advance for damage and completeness before they are forwarded to our in-house workshop.
After successful repair, the products are checked and cleaned again by the shipping department before being returned to the customer.
In our professionally equipped workshops and with our experienced team, we guarantee you the best possible support for your e-scooter.
Maintenance and repair work is carried out carefully and to the highest technical standard by our long-standing employees so that you can always drive your vehicle safely.
We strive to keep the downtime of your e-scooter in our workshop as short as possible. We achieve this by keeping an extensive inventory of spare and wear parts.

With our 130 sqm showroom we have the opportunity to show the complete SXT range to our customers.
In our comfortable seating area, important innovations and information can be presented to dealers on a large flat screen.
It is also possible to carry out test drives with our vehicles at any time.
In our in-house graphic studio, we not only develop the design of our vehicles, but also design all relevant printed matter, such as catalogs, flyers, product sheets and our stylish product packaging.
Our range of promotional items, which ranges from ballpoint pens to advertising banners to exhibition tents, is also created in our own creative department.
Our premises also include a professionally equipped photo and video studio.
A 4-meter-wide classic cove allows us to effortlessly photograph even the largest scooters in our range.
