SXT Care & SXT Care Plus

In order to fulfill our service promise to our customers, we are committed to offering the best possible service.
As the first German manufacturer of e-scooters and electric mopeds, we will be offering our "SXT Care" package with every vehicle purchased from January 1, 2023. This free additional package includes an inspection in our service workshop at no additional cost once a year for the first two years after purchase.
We also offer our optional SXT Care Plus package, which is available for an additional charge (starting at €99). This service package can be completed up to 30 days after the invoice date and is valid for a period of 3 years. The services include an annual service appointment, discounts on spare parts and express processing.
Completion of SXT Care plus 30 days after invoice date:
1.) Send an email to info@sxt-scooters.de with the invoice and chassis number of your e-scooter or e-scooter and ask to complete the Care Plus package.
2.) We will send you all the information you need to complete the package.
3.) After paying the one-time amount, you will receive your SXT Care Plus service package.

In order to avoid transport damage when transporting your vehicle to the SXT service, the scope of services only applies if the original packaging and the associated filling material are used. The customer is liable for transport damage due to improper packaging when shipping to SXT. The customer bears the costs for transport to the SXT service.
* Covered are total failures of the battery electronics (BMS) and/or damaged cells as well as production and material defects.
Does not apply to reduction in range due to natural wear and tear.
** Working time for any repairs will not be charged.
*** 30% on all spare parts required for repairs carried out by certified SXT service points. For orders in the online shop, a general discount of 15% applies to all spare parts and accessories.
Free working hours with SXT Care plus do not apply to repairs of damage caused by improper use and/or accident vehicles. Discounts on wear and replacement parts also apply to improper use and/or accident vehicles. SXT Care plus cannot be transferred to other vehicles, serial numbers or chassis numbers. If the vehicle is resold privately, the SXT Care & Care plus package remains valid.
