1. Separate collection of old equipment

Electrical and electronic devices must not be disposed of with household waste. Owners of old devices are legally obliged to dispose of them separately from unsorted municipal waste. Old devices contain valuable resources and pollutants that must be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.

2. Return options for old devices

Return when purchasing a new device (1:1 return)

When you buy a new e-scooter, you can hand over your old device of the same type and function free of charge to the delivery service that delivers the new device. Please inform us in advance if you would like to use this service.

Regardless of whether you purchase a new device, you can return old devices with a maximum edge length of 25 cm in normal household quantities to us free of charge. Please contact our customer service to receive a return label.

3. Removal of batteries and accumulators

Important note on battery return

Before returning your old device, please remove all batteries and accumulators, provided they can be removed without causing damage, and dispose of them separately. Batteries and accumulators contain harmful substances and must be disposed of separately.

4. Data protection notice

Please note that you are responsible for deleting personal data from the old devices you are disposing of. Make sure that all personal data has been completely removed before returning them.

5. Meaning of the crossed-out trash can symbol

The symbol of the crossed-out wheeled bin on electrical and electronic devices indicates that these devices must not be disposed of with household waste. Please dispose of such devices exclusively via the designated collection and return systems.
